About OLC

An orchestra specializing in music of classical composers performed on period instruments. Headed and directed by the worldwide cellist Hidemi Suzuki the orchestra had its first performance in May, 2002. Thirty-plus soloist-level musicians from both Japan and abroad join forces to deliver performances that are highly acclaimed for their powers of expression and refreshing approaches to the compositions.
